Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the GDPR grant rights to the people whose data is processed ("data subjects"). You can send requests about these rights to the data controller, KROPPA REKLAM YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Kroppa"), using the methods and form below. 1. How to Apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request in one of the following ways:
- By post or in person: Send the form with your wet signature to İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower No:8/10, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. Please mark the envelope "Personal Data Information Request".
- Registered electronic mail (KEP): Send it with a secure electronic or mobile signature to [email protected].
- E-mail: Send it from the e-mail address you previously gave us and that is registered in our systems to [email protected].
Your request must include your full name, your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport or ID number), your address for correspondence and the subject of your request. If you apply on behalf of someone else, please enclose a notarised power of attorney that specifically authorises you to do so.
2. Response Time
We will answer your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If information is missing or unclear we will contact you, and we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
3. Request Form
The form is not submitted online: fill it in on screen, then print it or save it as a PDF and send it using one of the methods above.
